How CenCal Delivery texts its drivers, and how to sign up or stop.

Who gets texts

Only CenCal Delivery drivers and staff who sign up below. We don't text customers, and we never send marketing or promotions. The texts are not shared with Amazon or anyone else.

What the texts are about

  • Your schedule and shifts, and requests to cover or take time off
  • Your route, vehicle and start time for the day
  • Updates from dispatch during your route, such as a rescue or a change of plan
  • Replies to texts you send our dispatchers

Example: "CenCal Delivery: Help is on the way: Alex Rivera is coming to rescue CX12. Meet at: Main St & 3rd. Call Alex Rivera at (559) 555-0100. Reply STOP to opt out."

How often

Message frequency varies with your schedule, usually a few texts on days you work. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to any text to stop getting them, and we'll send one last text to confirm. Reply START to sign up again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us:
