Privacy policy

Last updated October 27, 2026

This policy explains what CenCal Delivery LLC ("CenCal Delivery", "we") collects through this website and our driver text messages, and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Your name and mobile number when you sign up for driver texts, with the date, time and the wording you agreed to.
  • The texts we send you and the replies you send us, and whether each text was delivered.
  • Work details our dispatchers need, such as your schedule and route assignments.
  • For staff who sign in, an email address and basic sign-in records.

How we use it

Only to run our delivery operation: to schedule drivers, assign routes and vehicles, send updates during the day, and keep a record of what was sent. We do not use it for marketing.

Mobile numbers and text messaging

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, or for any other purpose. The only companies that handle this information are the service providers that deliver our texts and host our systems (such as our texting provider), and only to provide that service to us.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

How long we keep it

Text conversations are kept in our dispatch system for 30 days. Opt-in records are kept while you work with us and for as long as the law requires afterwards, as proof of consent.

Keeping it safe

Your information is stored with providers that encrypt it, and only our own staff can sign in to see it.

Your choices

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
